  I my vehicle was stolen and unfortunately the RCMP called JD Collision to tow it into town. They towed the truck less than 10 km and tried to charge me well over $700 for the tow and one nights storage in their yard. After I complained they "graciously" agreed to reduce their bill to $594!!!

  I was ripped off twice. Once by the thieves that stole my truck and the second time by JD Collision who charged me outrageous fees and their only excuse was " what do you care? Insurance will pay!"

  Amongst their ridiculous charges AFTER THE REDUCTION were $60 for "security and administration" ( on top of the $40 "storage" fee for one evening outside in their gravel yard) and $40 "environmental fee". The did nothing but tow it, for which they charged me $59. They charged $240 for "pickup fee" and $140 for "winch time" to put it on their truck.

  I can't say enough about the customer service I received at JD Collision. It's a long story but at the end of the day JD Collision provided exceptional service over and above what they needed to do and made sure I was happy. I have to say going to JD Collision brought back memories of the good Ole days in Cold Lake, where customer service is the main priority. I would recommend this business 10 times over!! Thank you to Joel and all the employees of JD Collision.
