  They just check vitals and send you on your way. Saying they cant help you. Rolls thier eyes when you ask questions. They only help those who are exreamly sick but only when youve come to them for so long, just getting sicker and sicker. Like bad mechanics.

  Well had an appointment for which is was to be a follow up and the front desk clerk , wouldn't give us one. So the front desk clerk said I cannot give you an app that far ahead. " we told her it was for a follow up as the Doctor said he wanted to see us..Anyways , she said she will have to speak with her supervisor , which happen to be their . Anyways the supervisor said " give us the 1 pm app for Apr 5 , so That is what I had written down in my calendar book , Anyways we get there for the app , the young front desk clerk said it was for 9:30 am ...So now just got in the mail a bill saying they charged us for not showing up for our app , for which we did not know it was changed to 9:30 am for apr 5 , from 1:00 pm....Since when do we get a charge for them not notifying the change of our doc app ??????? How rude , How low can one place get..

  Busted my thumb. Buddy had no idea what he was talking about. Said he'll call me about a specialist the next day because he'll know. (the specialist: Dr. Babaram sucks btw) A week later and still no call. I'm going to Ottawa on business, thought I'd seek attention there instead. (I'm from there so my family dr. is there as well) I called Cold Lake to transfer my x-rays only to deal with some useless wench who interrupted me, gave me attitude, and refused to help in any way shape or form. I should also mention I was being very polite. Not passive aggressive or anything. I know you don't believe me but seriously. I asked her a question with an enthusiastic and bubbly tone. Like "Hello! I need ..... do you think that's possible?" and just got mouthed.

  This refuses to respect human rights and refuses to accommodate my disability. I've been to hospitals all over the country and this is the first hospital that refuses to respect basic human rights.
