    Worst experience with a travel agency! They promised us over and over to make up for all of the mistakes they made but did not deliver. I have been dealing with them for a year and I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business. My husband and I took my parents on a 50th anniversary cruise and none of the dinners or entertainment was booked as promised (that is only one of about 20 issues that went wrong). We were even sent to the wrong airport in Miami, which was supposed to be set up by them. We would have had an amazing trip if we had booked it ourselves. Most stressful trip ever. We will NEVER use Royal Travel in Cold Lake again.
