    Jade is very knowledgeable and attentive to her customers. She listens to what they are saying and cuts and colours hair to their satisfaction (not her interpretation of a hair style). I prefer my hair cut as I had it cut in the early 80's, she gets it right everytime!! And my colour choice, she has done without trying to convince me to go with what she feels is better suited and does not try to talk me into all sorts of unnecessary product or to do something that is way out of our budget!

    Hair stylists are stuck up scared to talk, go downtown way better service, worst hair cut ever!

    And even though this salon is in a mall, they are by far more reasonable and accommodating than any other salon in the Cold Lake area. She has even successfully styled my hair while I was in my wheel chair, now that is talent!!!
