  Unethical business practices. Haven't had a single positive experience with the Service Department. The following is why I now drive 40 mins to the next closest Chrysler.

  Terrible service dept. After 20 minutes and 2 different people they were finally able to quote me 200$ higher than the closest quotes in town. At least they've stayed consistent over the years. Definitively NOT recommend this service group, go to the Bonnyville dealership instead

  I told them on the phone in great detail what the issue was and they could've easily walked to the parking lot and stuck their head under and saw for themselves, instead they tried to scam me for money.

  Not a fan. A while back i tried buying engine parts and was shown a 90 000$ truck to "solve all the world's problems" and to "meet" what ever woman I wanted in town. Was also almost billed $500 for topping up a/c when I did it for 60 from canadian tire... buyer beware

  Called to inquire if my cracked tailpipe would be covered under Warranty to have it repaired/replaced. Was told "we're not sure, bring it in so we can see if it is". I bring it in and they take 30+ minutes looking at it and finally tell me it's not covered (which I'm fine with) but then presented me with a bill for approximately $45. "For what" I said, "well because the mechanic had to look at it". I politely refused to pay, as they were the ones who insisted on looking at it.
