  The manager, I didn’t catch a name, was very rude to an employee at the checkout and then was rude to me. The tops that I bought were hard to fold and I told the employee who was helping not to worry about it because I was going to just take them home and hang them, but the manager insisted that she waste both our time to fold them correctly. I said again that it wasn’t a big deal and joked that the customer is always right. She looked me wide-eyes and said “No, the BOSS is always right.” If I hadn’t already finished paying, I would have apologized to the employee that she had to work there and left the store. I think it’s absolutely unbelievable that someone working in retail would be that rude directly to a customer. Do it at home like the rest of us retail workers.
