  Not impressed. Dropped off my system to get fixed because the disc drive wouldn't work. They told me they could fix it but the need to order parts, and I could have it back in a couple days. A week and a half went by, I phoned and asked how it was going, and they told me they haven't even looked at it yet; alright fair enough, I know there are others ahead of me. It's been well over a month now, I called them back and they said yes they've looked at it, and no they can't fix it because they're unable to get parts for it. I know these things happen, but hey how hard is it to pick up the phone and tell me"hey we can't fix it. Sorry." Probably could have had it back a week ago and got it fixed by now.

  Went in to get my Samsung s8 screen replaced. They didn't have any screens in stock so they said they would order some and call me in about 5 days. Went in after a week, still nothing. 2 weeks later I phone and get told they haven't even ordered them. Imobile in bonnyville is the better place to go.

  Gus has been wonderful when it comes to dealing with all of my broken Electronics. I would recommend this place to anyone

  Had an issue with my new laptop which I had caused by doing a system restore. They were able to fix it and put all my files from my old laptop onto my new one.
