    Very small. Minimal selection compared to larger stores. The produce department is very good. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

    Lives up to the name, NO FRILLS, but good products and great customer service, it's where we always shop for our grocery needs since we moved to coldlake over 7 years ago.

    Overall decent experience, however there are a few on staff who feel they don't need to honor pricing on goods. I had a lady tell me the turkey I had grabbed was too cheap and she proceeded to have it marked up 17$ more. Told me I probably switched labels. Won't ever go through her again but the rest of the staff is very friendly.
