    Great during our hockey season. swimming lessons are great, when you can get into them. The pool could us an upgrade.

    Great facility with friendly staff as long as long as your respectful.

    The weight room is the worst I've ever seen in any military gym, there is no field house or outdoor track, the pool is usually closed due to maintenance issues.

    Always friendly staff at the front desk with helpful advice & knowledge of the facility and what it has to offer.

    Great place for squash but you have to pay for all amenities even if your only using one
