  Amazing place to stay in Cold Lake! The general manager and his staff are very professional and polite, they’re very helpful and caring... the hotel was newly renovated and quiet. Starbucks is located in the lobby and the room price is right and was worth the staying! Highly recommend this hotel.

  If 5 stars would tell you how nice this hotel is, I would still give it 6 stars. Very Beautiful, modern, comfortable, and an overall feeling of luxury. I hope that I have a reason to come back to Cold Lake just so I can stay here again.

  I love this hotel. We've stayed here twice now. The staff is great, the rooms are beautiful (especially the bathrooms!) It is a bit out of town, but that's fine. There is no real place to eat with kids tho asides from the Starbucks. But that food isn't very good. You can get food vouchers for the cafe at the casino, but you can't bring your kids there. Otherwise this is my favorite hotel to stay. The beds are super comfy and it's a very nice clean hotel.

  We had the kids party, pool, food and room for a great price. The staff were excellent, very helpful and polite.

  Clean, comfortable and professional. Attended a birthday party and was pleased by the facility. Staff was excellent. I heard the rooms were very nice.
