  I was told that the $30.00 special advertised on the TV is not yet available in Cold Lake. How's that possible??? Then the lady at the drive through did not understand my order, I got nothing I ordered. The owner should pay more attention and train his staff. I'm also going to call KFC's head office to find out why the Cold Lake store does not participate in the TV specials!

  The person on the head phone couldn't understand me very easily because she English wasn't her first language so it was tough to put in my order.

  When requesting a new poutine with fresh fries worker just put poutine in microwave.

  Not only that, but a previous time visiting- the door was locked on us 5 minutes to closing time- without anyone explaining why they couldn't take our order.

  They won't honour any KFC online coupons. Food quality horrible and greasy.

  This was a very well run KFC. Clean, friendly staff, and they give wet naps!
